MAGICAL INFORMATION: It is not hard to see that Ryu is a being of genetically formed magic circuitry linked to a dragon. It is, honestly, probably the first thing that people sense about Ryu, if they've got special senses, that feeling of "Here There Be Dragons".
MEDICAL INFORMATION: Ryu has linked to a dragon, and has a dragon egg germinating inside of him. It's likely to be moved towards symbiosis as a result of the care of Rosavelle's healers, but
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: I am so sorry but Ryu is going to have a hard time figuring out what romance and sex are. He's just been too damn busy starving. He'll be a great friend, and have lots of cool advice, but that flower needs to blossom on its own.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

VISUAL: 166 cm tall, and incredibly scrawny-looking and half-starved. This is a man who is on his last dregs, and has been for quite possibly years.
AURAL: A serious young man who can and has cut monsters in twain.
OLFACTORY: Ryu smells of cloth, leather, steel, saddlesoap, and lavender... When he doesn't smell of blood, sweat, and bad water.
DEMEANOUR: Ryu tries to be relatively stern, but nevertheless extends acts of kindness to everyone.

So can Ryu, uh. Can Ryu sense dragons that may or may not be germinating inside other people. Asking for a friend.

Canonically he's never seen doing it.

But the two other dragons we see can track him down pretty quickly, so... maybe???? Or maybe it's surveillance but

For full dragony transparency, Yoojin:
- Reads like a legendary-rank venomous curse dragon, but only to other venomous curse dragons; other types of dragons and dragon-adjacent beings don't seem to pick up any dragon vibes from him. Because he's not a dragon, it's just a title skill he got for slaying the actual L-rank king of venomous curse dragons. Totally normal, DWBI.
- Has a very young, but very powerful illusion fairy dragon sleeping in a mana stone planted in his chest. That one's already born and therefore no longer germinating, but I suppose it could be considered some sort of magic marsupial situation.
- Has a second very powerful baby dragon germinating in a different mana stone in his back. That one's all abyssal black fire and whatever. Again, we're very normal here.

And then for non-dragon stuff, Ryu can read whatever he wants about Yoojin's work abilities. He would have the physical strength and abilities of an average 25-year-old human, except that he's in poor health due to, you know, overwork and external injury. He's not particularly learned or even truly smart, either, but he is a creative and experienced tactician--more resourceful and quick to make decisions than strictly intelligent. As for charisma, it's not that Yoojin is persuasive or magnetic in and of himself, but rather that he's genuinely interested in others and in making them better, which usually earns him positive reception. I don't know how exactly this information manifests for Ryu, but he can see it either as innate traits of Yoojin's or as his system-defined skills (full list linked for completeness's sake).

LOVE THAT FOR THEM BOTH. Wait actually if he's reading the extra passengers through Managerial Fairy King and NOT dragon senses, then there's one more mana stone child still developing that I didn't mention because she's not, I think, a dragon. I'm so sorry about this.

Also they're not WHY Yoojin's dying! Or at least, not the only reason! How could you blame these innocent not-even-yet-born children for anything, they're so cute, really.

Perhaps we should actually thread this out somewhere, since Ryu's knowing about the kids will DEFINITELY affect how Yoojin acts around him. Congrats, I think that makes him the first to find out!
